Layers
I am layer upon layer upon layer of flesh and emotion. My true inner self remains buried deep within the mix of thick and thin, transparent and opaque, soft and tough layers, slightly disconnected and concealed. Some days I want nothing more than to peel away the layers and feel unabandoned and free. Other days, like today, I am content to be small and cautious and guarded.

oh miz melanie…thanks so much for all the feedback. i think i have the rss feed fixed and ready to go. at least i have the rrs feed logo at the bottom of my window. i do have a question for you - how do you get your little logo by you name on the window tab? do tell….i have been trying to figure that one out for months!
