Little reminders that life is good are everywhere, sometimes in the most unexpected places.
As I was making dinner tonight, I cut the top off of a red pepper and looked down to see a little face smiling back up at me. (See the eyes, nose and mouth? Click the image for a closer look… I swear to you this is an untouched photo.) Doesn’t he make such a cute flower? Hee hee.
Life becomes precious and more special to us when we look for the little everyday miracles and get excited about the privileges of simply being human.
