SPT {exactly like me}
I once gave up chocolate just to see how long I could go without it. I went sans chocolat for thirteen years.
When I was a kid, my grandfather used to tell us he went to school at the Corncob College. And, for many years, I believed such a school existed.
I can be very moody. One year my mom gave me a mood ring for a gag gift at Christmas, but I think she secretly hoped it would work.
In high school, while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, my friends and I befriended some fellow spring breakers at the beach. One of them had a really long name, which we somehow expanded to Pedro Paco Pete Fernando Fernandez Chico La Cucaracha. I have an odd tendency to swiftly recite that name over and over again during mindless tasks, like doing housework or waiting for the computer to power up.

delightful learning these obscure bits about you - i especially love how you recite the ‘very long’ work while doing mindless tasks. The way you combined your photo and the quote is beautiful.

I love this picture… And quote. So true.
My brother once told me there were sand sharks(of course there are)BUT not in the sand that we were sunbathing on! I believed this for years.

Wonderful and intriguing snippets! I am completely amazed that you went without chocolate for 13 years…I can’t imagine ever doing that! The image is very telling…it shows a part of you, but not all…just like these bits of information…and your glance is away. It’s up to us to put the clues together!

Great Quote and photo!I can’t go a day without chocolate, you are amazing!!! I did once take a dare from my husband not to eat at a certain fast food restaurant for a year and it was surprisingly easy once you have your mind set on something, I have only been in there twice since and that was six years ago!

This piece is so beautiful. You’re so talented. I go so long without writing my journal which means I go even longer not reading others’ blogs. It’s a treat catching up with yours tonight…Happy belated birthday@ My mom and daughter both have June birthdays.
